Malaysian food is one of my all time favourite. KampongBoy is a little restaurant to quench your thirst and fill your tummy if you are down in the St George area.
The Lemon Milk Tea was extra lemony and very refreshing, while the 3 layer milk tea was a little sweeter than expected. The bottom layer was extremely sryupy.
Hainese Chicken has always been a well loved dish. The chicken was tender and flavoursome when dipped in the chilli and soy sauce. The rice however, tasted like it's been a few days old or it may have been mixed with old rice. Chunky bits of rice every second mouthful.
Fish Curry is not for the faint hearted. It is extra hot with lots of spices and chilli. Not too impressed with the amount of fish in this dish, it was labelled as a main and only had 2 fish fillets.
