Da Chang Jin @ Hurstville

Korean food is one of my favourite, hot pot during winter and cold noodles during summer. They also provide you with delicious compliment sides.





 Above is a small vegetarian hot stone rice dish, this came in a set with the trio below.  There's really not a whole lot to this dish, not a lot of flavour until you've put the sauce not.
 


Quite impressed with the flavours of this trio, a part from the tempura, ample dressing on the salad and lots of flavour in the beef. The beef however, was a little tough.
 

I never liked buckwheat noodles until this dish. Cold broth and buckwheat noodles. The broth is really light, with a hint of vinegar. A really refreshing dish during summer.
 

Worth Returning?
Yes - however, I do prefer Dae Jang Geum in the the CBD.
